Found this azimuth disk while picking up trash today with Boy Scout Troop 48 Adopt-a-Highway program. Specific directions given below.

Direction arrow appears to be towards Hammond Bridge.

Park along Fort Henry Drive/Hwy TN36 on the shoulder. Be careful crossing the busy road to the grassed median. Azimuth mark be orange witness post.
