Union Pacific Caboose #25065 is located in Pendleton, Oregon at Heritage Station - The Umatilla County Historical Museum at 108 SW Frazer Avenue. Built in June 1942 its previous number was 3765. The date renumbered was November 1959. The date retired was December 9, 1988.

The caboose played several important roles for the railroad. It served as the office where business of the train was conducted, housing for crew members as they traveled, and an observation post from which the crew could watch for problems with the train and tracks.
