These two Embarq payphones are at the CenterDale gas station at the intesection of Center and Dale Steets in Kingsport, TN. Official address is 801 East Center Street.
While two phones, I am only going to enter one waymark. Phone numbers are 423-246-5983 and -5891. This area is fairly poor (public housing to the north), thus two payphones are probably used at the same time.
