The marker is found just inside the gate of the cemetery. It has a flagpole that wasn't being used when I was there.
The marker reads:
"This memorial is dedicated to the residents of Riga Township who served their country in times of war and peace and to those who gave up their lives to protect our country. Dedicated Memorial Day May 30, 1994"

Description of Memorial: The Memorial is near the front gate of the cemetery. It has a nice evergreen planting around it. The flagpole wasn't flying a flag.
