Three valleys join the peak: the Velická Valley, the Great Cold Valley and the White Water Valley (above the area called the Frozen Basin of the Svištová Valley).
The view you will have embraces the whole High Tatras. Tourists have visited it since 1888. Couple more info about the peak is available here, including schematic map of panoramic vista.
The best base camp to climb Vychodna Vysoka is a village of Stary Smokovec (980m), or upper station of funicular train - Hrebienok. Most suitable option for hike is round-trip via Zbojnicka challet, saddle Prielom, saddle Polsky hreben (up to Vychodna Vysoka and back to saddle), Velicka valley, Sliezky dom or vice versa. Click here for online hiking map of area. Peak is reachable only in summer season, starting on 15th of June, ending on 1st of November (organized climbers have exception granted). If you plan to hike in High Tatras, most useful source of information would be English forum on Hiking.sk - local slovak web site for hikers.
Good luck and take care in the mountains!
