Payphone at front corner of Sunoco gas station, which is at the intersection of Fort Henry Drive (I-81 Exit 59) and Colonial Heights/Lebanon Roads (different names on either side of main street). Warning that there is a red-light camera at this intersection, heading into Kingsport on Fort Henry Drive. It will ticket even for not-completely-stopped red light right turns.
Also available is air ($0.75) which was being used by someone as I took the pictures.
Gas was $4.09/gallon regular after the panic buying (Food City ran out of all gas grades) on Friday Sept 12th due to supply problems because of Hurricane Ike. Otherwise, gas price is usually competitive with other stations in area.
