his mural adorns the Western wall of the building and can be seen as you travel Northbound. A thorough search through the local newspaper archives didn't reveal the origins of this art, and unfortunately I didn't get to do a good search for the artists's signature due to the bad weather from Gustav. I make regular trips to the keys so I will update this on my next trip - possibly next month for Fantasy Fest.
