From the Quabbin Tower (visit link) you can get a great view of the Quabbin Reservoir. The largest body of water in Massachusetts. You can even see some Mt. peaks up in New Hampshire.

There is on set of binoculars at the base of the tower and two sets at the top of the tower. The cost is 25 cents per viewing session.
