This isn't much of a fun beach, there are no facilities here of any sort. People usually just walk on the beach or surf fish.

While walking on the beach, one can collect beach glass or beach stones.

There is also birding that goes on in the area: (visit link)

The tower in the photos was part of the fort Saulsbury defenses and were 48-feet and 72-feet metal fire control observation points. They stood on both sides of the Delaware Bay. Miles of lead-covered cables ran along the floor of the bay to the fire control center at Fort Saulsbury. The towers were the eyes of men who fired the huge guns. Today, only one of the Fort Saulsbury towers stands.
