This Lockheed Martin facility primarily serves the military sector, conducting research and providing state of the art technology for all branches of the military. However, they also work on designing new technology for detecting and predicting severe weather conditions. This Doppler radar is located atop their facility on Electronics Parkway in Liverpool, New York. The listed coordinates will take you to an area outside the facilities gated perimeter, yet close enough to view the Doppler radar unit from a small pull-off on Henry Clay Boulevard. Access to the facility requires passing through security gates. I have not been able to locate any internet websites that link to actual information taken from this radar location, I believe it is strictly for their internal company research and testing purposes.
