This location has obviously changed hands. The building is still "Twistee Treat", but the sign out front is "Whippy Dip". But, whatever you call it, the treats are good.

They have a full menu of ice cream treats, and the ice cream staple "food" of hot dogs. All at pretty reasonable prices.

I hope Hemlock Whippy Dip is not a flavor.
