Highland Park bridge connects the East End region of Pittsburgh with the northern communities of Aspinwall, Sharpsburg, Fox Chapel. Along the exit ramp from the bridge to the Pittsburgh Zoo area, a 200-meter long concrete wall at the base of the ramp is the canvas to many colorful works. They cannot be seen by motorists.
