Peace River Baptist Church has been actively involved in many outreach programs in manners of leading them from the congregation and participating with other congregations and charitable organizations to meet the need.
Located in Punta Gorda's historical downtown within the residential streets marked by the National Register of Historical Places, Peace River Baptist Church is the new kid on the block, having been in the neighborhood since only 1984. The building brings a youthful appearance to blocks of historical treasure with a pleasing aestetic.
