VETERANS WAR MEMORIAL To honor all veterans who Valiantly fought for Liberty, Freedom and Justice.
WORLD WAR I; KOREAN WAR; DESERT STORM; WORLD WAR II; VIETNAM
Plaque Text: This walkway is dedicated to every man or woman who has served and/or is serving our country by giving of his/her time, talent and energy, and some making the supreme sacrifice by giving their life, to maintain and protect our beloved country of the United States of America.

 Who Put it Here?: Concordia V.F.W. Post #5649, American Legion Post #258, and Ladies Auxiliaries.
 Description of Memorial: A paved brick square on the corner of the city park, Some of the bricks carry the names of the people honoring the veterans and some of the bricks carry the names of those honored. Two large flag poles, and a polished black marble monument highlight the center of the area. Behind the monument on a stone stand is a dedication marker.
This city park holds a Statue of Liberty replica, a railroad caboose and several military memorials, and a couple of historical markers, all to represent the towns history and growth.
