Description of Memorial: To the left of the sideway to the main entrance to the court house is a small walled in herb garden with a small obelisk and two small ground stones.
The garden had gone to seed on my visit here. Across the street is a hotel which is still open and has been since before the Civil War. Courthouse lawn is a typical for the midwest, being in the center of town with the major businesses in the square around it.
