DEDICATED IN MEMORY OF THOSE WHO MADE THE SUPREME SACRIFICE
FOR THEIR COUNTRY AND TO ALL VETERANS OF RANDOLPH COUNTY
WHO SERVED THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IN ITS WARS.

 Description of Memorial: Memorial itself is four square columns holding up a fifth column that carries the memorial text and seals of the four branches of service. Very reminiscent of the ruins. This column structure rest inside a oval garden; and the entire memorial is just a small part of a major memorial area in this city park. Monuments to several specific units, WWI memorial, Special statue and memorial to Omar Bradley, and several special war and unit memorials from the War of 1812 to Desert Storm.
