In the rotunda of the Savannah City Hall is a fountain. The pool for the fountain is surrounded by a brass rail. The base of the fountain is comprised of 4 fish whose tails support a pedestal upon which sits a cherub.

The cherub holds a horn of plenty as well as the city seal. The city seal went missing for many years, but was discovered in an Atlanta flea market.
