Located in Carnegie, Pennsylvania, on the south of Pittsburgh, Stansbury's barber shop serves a working class community. The street was flooded in September 17, 2004 when 8 inches of rain fell in six hours in a storm system that was Hurricane Ivan a day earlier (http://www.pubcrawler.com/Template/dsp_hurricane_ivan.cfm). Notice how the shop's floor is a couple of feet higher than the street level (probably a requirement for getting insurance, since the entire street is designated as a flood zone by the insurance companies).
