This bicycle rack is in the middle of downtown Glen Ellyn. It is part of the Illinois Prairie Path. The Path is a former right-of-way for the old Chicago Aurora & Elgin electric railroad, it was the first U.S. rail-to-trail conversion in the nation in the 1960's. The rack is also next to the train station, so it is good for commuter use.
