[FR] Une cavité naturelle a été utilisée pour y glisser les défunts, ou bien la chambre sépulcrale a été entièrement creusée dans la roche. Parfois même il y eut la combinaison mégalithe-hypogée comme le montre le site du Trou à Morts de Parmain. Cet endroit présente une allée couverte dont la partie terminale était creusée dans une cavité plus ou moins naturelle. Toute cette architecture est très classique du Néolithique final.
[EN] Either a natural cavity was used in which to place the deceased or the burial chamber was entirely dug out of the rock. Sometimes there are combinations of megalith-hypogeums as is demonstrated by the site of the Trou à Morts near Parmain. This location represents a gallery grave in which the far end was dug into a more or less natural cavity. This architecture is very characteristic of the late neolithic period.
