We the citizens of the Norborne Community, are honored to dedicate this monument to the men and women, our fellow citizens, who have served, and continue to serve our country with honor, devotion, and loyalty, within and beyond the borders of these United States.

Description of Memorial:
Cul-da-sac walkway, with far circle contaning the flag pole and obelisk of marble holding the memorial plaque. In an earlier circle is a flowing fountain of multi-layered bird baths.
Had just left Alma a few minutes before and pulled into this small town to see if it had anything to offer. It had, this uniquely phrases memorial. I spent some time here, and all the while never saw another human being, even in the distance of town.
