Located South of the police headquarters building in Clayton, MO. A memorial park containing a statue of a police officer and of a firefighter atop a black granite fountain engraved with "Honor, Duty, Courage - Rest in peace, comrades, we will not forget you." The statues are flanked by stone tablets with the names of the deceased. A series of smaller fountains lead toward the county courthouse.
