Co-ordinates are approximate - being in the centre of a mall with a glass atrium, I had 50M accuracy at this point. To find this compass rose, simply proceed to the centre of the mall, near the food court and elevator. Note - this will often be obstructed on weekends by centre court displays and vendors.
