Otter Springs is at Camp Chowenwaw Park in Green Cove Springs, Florida. Camp Chowenwaw was a Girl Scout Camp for over 70 years. In 2006 the Clay County Parks Service took it over. The park is located at 1517 Ball Road, Green Cove Springs, Florida. The office hours are Mon - Sat 8:30am - 4:30pm.
