Justice is Served: Celebrating the People Who Work for Change (2002)
by Deborah Lawrence

Justice is served, but how exactly? One answer might be: by the untold service workers that make the city run smoothly. It's a short "leap" to include union organizers and other advocates that strive tirelessly to get higher pay, better benefits, and safer conditions for the same workers.

The "tray" concept works on several levels. Tips are sometimes left for waiters/waitresses on plastic trays. Food is often served to those in need on larger trays. Food for thought.
