The Colonial Revival sytle Thomas M. Baldwin House was the first of
several large houses built on West 1st Street. Mr. Baldwin was one
of the founders of the First National Bank in Prineville. The
architect firm was Bennes, Hendricks & Tobey and the home was
built by J. Shipp.
