Sharpsburg is an old township along the Allegheny River near the city of Pittsburgh. With the steel industry decline, the town has lost its commercial luster, and is now a town with a declining and aging population. The working population is mostly in commercial and blue-collar sector. The barber shop is located on North Canal Street, close to the statue of the indian chief Guyasuta.
