The Spirit of Washington, crafted by Marvin Oliver in 1991 takes residence in Columbia Park just outside of the Columbia City Library. From a distance, this first struck me as a clock tower of sort, but upon closer observation, there is a cute and artistic face peering out at your from a fin like limb to a classic rock base. A very original piece of art.
