How often do we overlook the beauty in everyday life? For some, sadly, the answer is "on a daily basis." These door handles, a prelude to the art contained in the lobby, are both practical and inviting. With a herringbone pattern, they stand up to almost everything: the elements, any "characters" that use the building (law-abiding or otherwise), even that typical affliction of teenagers and victims of stage fright: sweaty palms.
Seriously, the handles have been crafted with care, and are quite literally part of a doorway to Seattle law enforcement.
