The Dean of the College of Fine Arts told me that it was created originally for the Roosevelt Mall. Then it was moved to the Contemporary Art Museum and finally came to reside on the J.U. Campus.

This was done by French sculpture, Andre Bloc and this piece is said to be the first piece of abstract sculpture art in Jacksonville.
