Who Put it Here?: The City of Waterloo

Description of Memorial:
On one end of the long side of the park facing Park Place, stand a monolith in the center bearing the WWI and WWII names and dedication. Attach on each side are wings, one carrying the names of Vietnam, the other Korea and Iraq. As back drop 6 cone hedges trimmed and neat, and flanking each side are cannon and small gardens waiting for the proper time to provide the proper salute.
