This neat little car sits atop of a pole at a car lot located in Tampa, Fl. It was daytime and the neon was not lit. I'd say by the wires hanging loose it does not work. The neon tubes seem to be intact though. It appears the car had animated steam that shot from the radiator cap and puffs of smoke emitting from it's tail pipe. The wheels probably turned as well. I wish I could have seen it when lit. If it does work, perhaps someone making a visit will upload some night shots.
