City Hall in Philadelphia is a full city block located at the intersections of Market and Broad Streets. The building was designed by John McArthur and dedicated in in 1901. Originally designed to be the world tallest building, at 548 feet, it is still the world's tallest masonary building. At the top of the building is a statue of William Penn, created by Alexander Calder.
