Formerly this figurehead chuckwagon driver sat atop a Conestoga-style wagon above a local Wagon-Ho restaurant in Birmingham, AL (see photo)in the 1960's. The restaurant was eventually sold and remodelled and as a result, "Chuck" lost his job, eventually ending up with part-time work guarding the mailbox at Cherry Construction in rural Moody, AL.
