An easy to find reference mark located in a cemetery in Little Washington, Ohio. Set in concrete above ground, and has a witness post. Reference mark #2

I happened across this when I stopped to look around the cemetery. I didn't have prior knowledge of the reference mark, but it is listed in the Geocaching.com database, and of course the NGS database. Below is the station description as copied from the NGS database.

STATION DESCRIPTION

DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1959 (WER)
THE STATION IS ABOUT 5.0 MILES SOUTHEAST OF MANSFIELD, 3-1/4 MILES
WEST OF LUCAS 1/4 MILE WEST
OF A SMALL VILLAGE OF WASHINGTON, IN THE NORTH CENTER OF THE
NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 14, T-20-N,
R-18-W, WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON PROPERTY OWNED BY MR. MARION LUTS.

TO REACH THE STATION FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE PUBLIC SQUARE
IN MANSFIELD, GO SOUTHEASTERLY
ON SOUTH DIAMOND STREET FOR 1.5 MILES TO A Y-FORK. BEAR RIGHT ON
MANS.-WASHINGTON ROAD FOR 2.3 MILES TO A SIDE
ROAD ON THE LEFT. CONTINUE STRAIGHT AHEAD FOR
0.7 MILE TO THE AZIMUTH MARK ON THE RIGHT.
CONTINUE STRAIGHT AHEAD FOR 0.5 MILE TO A
CROSSROAD IN THE VILLAGE OF WASHINGTON AND LITTLE WASHINGTON
CHURCH IN THE NORTHWEST ANGLE.
TURN RIGHT AND GO WEST ON HANLEY ROAD FOR 0.2 MILE TO A CEMETERY ON
THE LEFT AND THE STATION ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF THE CEMETERY.

REFERENCE MARK NO. 2, A STANDARD DISK STAMPED HANLEY NO 2 1959, IS
SET IN A SQUARE CONCRETE
POST WHICH PROJECTS 4 INCHES. IT IS 76 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE 16 INCH
CEDAR TREE AND 19 FEET EAST OF A
10-INCH ELM TREE. A STANDARD METAL WITNESS POST WAS
SET 1.5 FEET WEST OF THE MARK.
