This is a PA Dept. of Hwy. Survey Disk. The bridge and Benchmark are near one of the entrances to Mingo Creek Park. It is located near the intersection of Sugar Run Rd, Mingo Creek Road and Petticoat Lane, this is also refered to as SR 1059.
