Big Wes is a Cowboy standing watch over his western town and RV Park. Many years ago, before they extended 8th avenue, Big Wes stood guard at Westward Village-- a small shopping complex off the beaten path. It has several specialized shops for that unique shopping experence. Wes is still standing there, but he is now the local traffic cowboy slowing the traffic down.
