Proverbs/Quotations is a collaborative work between the artists and the community. The artists, Beliz Brother and Mark Calderon, chose fourteen proverbs/quotations from the hundreds submitted from the community to compose this work of art. These sayings are spelled out on the stairs leading up to the Garfield Community Center and are made from donated recycled aluminum cans. Take some time to ponder each and every step you take.
