This old car has been here for years. As I remember the vehicle displayed here previous to this one was a 1950's Caddie that looked like an Elvis type vehicle (pink, as I remember)
I was unable to identify the police vehicle.
The business located here has been here for years and years. It has grown up in weeds and trees but one account I have read is that the owners intend to refurbish the area. There many pre 70's cars located in the lots around this building.
