A fitness Trail on a well maintained trail meandering through the woods and up and over a hilly area, that has 20 stations with 32 exercises.

I walked by most of the stations on my way to find a nearby geocache, GC15662 (visit link) .

I stopped at a elevated sit up station and had a seat to catch my breath. It was very comfortable. :)

Wickham Park (visit link) contains 250 acres of gardens, open fields, woodlands, ponds, picnic areas, sports facilities, and other attractions. Bring a picnic lunch and spend the rest of your day enjoying this wonderful park.

Entrance (parking) fees (per vehicle) are $3 weekdays and $4 on weekends. Limos and Buses cost more. There is limited free parking on a side street (Vernon Rd) at N41 47.024 W72 35.011.
