This is one of two fountains that adorn the off-ramp from I-95 in Manning, South Carolina.

This will have to be a drive-by phgotograph since the fountain is completely surrounded by highway traffic. BE CAREFUL! It is definately best to have your passesnger take the picture (unless you work for the South Carolina Public Works and happen to be mowing the lawn here :). There is an identical fountain on the North-bound exit which I could not safely get a picture of, so feel free to post it if you're in the area.
Local knowledge would be greatly welcome since I wasn't able to find any history to this fountain.
