DEDICATED TO

All men and women who have or will serve their country in the Armed Services of the United States of America.

Our country was founded by free men believing in the Fatherhood of God and the Brotherhood of men and we are committed to keep it "The land of the free" so the principles of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness will prevail.

The seal of the city of Montgomery City is on the back of the stone wall, and the emblems of the VFW and American Legion are on the front of the wall, but none contain post numbers 0r dates.

Description of Memorial:
Memorial sits on a large grassy area between a small creek and the state hwy that leads to Danville. This grassy area is in front of the city cemetery which is just west of the city.
