A special treat for Caroler enthusiasts is a trip to the Byers' Choice Christmas Gallery, which reopened in September 2000 with expanded displays and attractions. Here you can meander through festive Christmas displays inhabited by hundreds of Carolers and Kindles. You can also watch the artisans handcrafting your favorite figurines from the observation deck, or shop in the Gift Emporium which offers the widest variety of Byers' Choice products anywhere. The Visitor Center is open Monday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. On Sunday, they are open from Noon until 5:00 p.m. Closed major holidays. A favorite part of the visitor center tour is the observation deck where you can see the artisans at Byers' Choice bring your favorite Carolers to life.
