Long Description:This is the flag for the city of East Hartford, Connecticut. It is
located inside the town hall building on the main level.
The coordinates are approximate, because I could not get a
signal inside. Since there is no parking in front of the building,
you will most like park in the lot behind the building. Enter the
back door (near the solar powered trash compactor), go up one
flight of stairs walk about 50 feet to the flagpole.
The flag has a green background, gold fringe trim and shows the
town seal.
