The JP Morgan Chase Tower is located in the Arts District of downtown Dallas. The Tower was designed by the SOM / Keating architecture firm and was completed in 1987. At 55 stories (738ft), the building is the 4th tallest in Dallas.

The building has a striking architecture feature at its rounded top: there is a 7 story tall slot running through the top floors giving the appearance of a keyhole. In this space, a "Skylobby" is created with plants, fountains and stonework.
