Located behind East Ascension High School Football Field.
Has painting of a pot of Jambalaya (Gonzales is the Jambalaya Capital
of the world,
and home to The Jambalaya Festival held every year around Memorial day. ( (visit link) )
The Other painting is a Spartan, the East Ascension High School
mascot (East Ascension is the local High School.).
Gonzales and East Ascension are also home to Glen Dorsey,
American Football player who was on the 2007 LSU National Championship
team and first round draft pick (5th overall) of the Kansas City Chiefs.
