Wisconsin Rapids is a very small city, but they put on a very BIG 4th of July Fireworks display! The launch site is on the west bank of the Wisconsin River just south of the Grand Ave. Bridge. They can be seen well from anywhere downtown.

The fireworks are a project that is run by a committee of local high school students. They work hard throughout the year with fundraisers to bring in money with which to buy the fireworks.
