A statue of Mark Twain (Samuel Clemens) reading "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn" at the entrance to Doe Library on the U.C. Berkeley campus. Twain appears to be inviting visitors to read with him.

U.C. Berkeley houses the largest collection of Mark Twain's original writings, hence the statue. This statue of Twain by Gary Price was placed inside the entry to the main library on campus by the Class of 1958.

BTW: For the punsters out there, my husband calls this "Mock Twain."
