Stumbled across this tender while looking for some loving care at the Red Cross. This tender is home made (Non-Factory) it could be as old as the building or not. Tender is made from square tubing welded together, and set on a concrete base. The building it sits in front of is the old City Hall, but it is now the city Heritage Center. Inside they have many pictures of local dignitaries. Brochures of the city and surrounding area. The local Red Cross is located in this building.
