STATION IS LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST SECTION OF SKOKIE, IL AT THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF GOLF RD. AND MCCORMICK BLVD. IN A PARK AREA. STATION IS APPROXIMATELY 50 FEET NORTH OF AN ASPHALT PARKING LOT AND 30 FEET EAST OF THE EAST CURB OF MCCORMICK BLVD. STATION IS A 4 INCH BRASS DISK ON A 18 INCH DIAMETER, 6 FEET DEEP CONCRETE MONUMENT PROTECTED BY A CAST IRON COVER. STATION IS STAMPED SK010 AND HAS THE LOGO VILLAGE OF SKOKIE CONTROL MONUMENT 2000.
